Injection Specialists
Dr. Joyce Sekharan is a General & Trauma Surgeon who brings a unique surgical perspective to the practice of cosmetic dermatology. She completed her medical and surgical training in Virginia and Florida. Her special talents are injectable filler treatments and thread lifts. Dr. Sekharan believes that injectables should be tailored to each client’s individual facial structure. This gives the most beautiful and balanced results. She joined the clinic in 2008 and is the chief Medical Director for our Clinic.
Dr. Mackenzie Hartman is a family medicine doctor who has advanced experience in cosmetic and medical skin care. Prior to becoming a physician, Dr. Hartman worked as a medical aesthetician with multiple dermatologists and plastic surgeons in Florida. She is a skilled injector, with an artistic eye for facial symmetry and expressive anatomy.
April Ross is a board certified Nurse Practitioner who has practiced in the Grand Valley for 19 years. She has expertise in Botox® for cosmetic and migraine headache treatments. She is also skilled in injectable filler treatments and NovaThreads. April is passionate about medical aesthetics and believes in living life with a great sense of humor. When she is not practicing you can find her tending to her roses and spending time with her family.
Dr. Jill Hilty, a board certified Family Practice Physician, is the founder of the clinic. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Medicine and worked at several dermatology clinics in the San Francisco Bay area before starting Advanced Skin Care and Laser Center.
Dr. Hilty has extensive experience in the art of injectables as well as a thorough understanding of laser therapies. She has been in cosmetic dermatology for over 20 years and is a certified laser trainer. Dr. Hilty also does medical volunteer work outside the country.
Aestheticians
Erin Lambert joined our staff in December of 2004. She is a graduate of the Colorado School of Paramedical Esthetics in Denver, Colorado. Erin is a certified laser technician, a licensed aesthetician, and she has had extensive training in advanced chemical peels.
Erin brings with her knowledge, compassion, and 19 years of cosmetic skin care experience to our clinic and clients. She has a keen eye for detail and loves being able to use her experience and education to provide the best skin care to her patients.
When she is not at the office she enjoys being with her husband and her daughter, spending time outdoors, traveling, and reading.
Christi Vogt is a licensed medical aesthetician and laser specialist. She has been practicing in the Valley since 1997. Christi specializes in advanced laser procedures and customized, result-driven protocols. She has certifications in many aesthetic and anti-aging treatments, as well as whole food nutrition, taking a comprehensive approach to skin concerns. You will feel comfortable and confident in her care.
When Christi is not helping people look and feel beautiful, she enjoys time with her husband Dave, traveling to visit their 4 kids (and 5 grandkids), playing outside, and seeking new adventures.
Erin K. Larson is an advanced certified laser specialist, a licensed aesthetician, and a fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery. She has been in practice since 2002. Erin is a nationally recognized aesthetic laser expert and educator. Along with her passion of treating patients in-clinic, she also does education and hands-on traning for skin and laser clinics across the Nation. Her passion is educating patients on skin health and treatments that can enchance their inner and outer confidence. She also enjoys sharing her knowledge with fellow medical professionals looking to further their education and experience.
Erin is involved in local organizations including HopeWest, Mesa County Partners, and March of Dimes. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, cooking, music, dancing, and travel adventures.
Hana Hollenbeck is a licensed aesthetician and certified laser tech who has been with our clinic since 2021. She is a graduate from the school of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics in Denver, Colorado. Hana specializes in body contouring and chemical peels. She has extensive product knowledge and is always furthering her education. Hana creates a customized treatment plan for each of her patients to meet their individual skincare needs.
She is currently studying at Colorado Mesa University for nursing prerequisites. In her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding and spending time with friends and family.
Dylan Roderick is a licensed aesthetician and a certified laser technician. She has been in the industry since 2018. She graduated from Penrose Academy in Scottsdale, Arizona. Her true passion is corrective skincare and helping her clients feel confident and comfortable in their bare skin. She enjoys coming up with customized treatment plans to meet each of her client’s individual skincare goals.
Dylan spent most of her life in Arizona and is new to the area. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and 3 dogs. She also enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling.
